The Portland Art Museum reviews ticket and membership donation requests only if they are submitted in writing to the following address:

Please clearly state the purpose of your request and provide a description of your organization and the audience it serves. In addition, please include your organizational procurement forms that list your non-profit status ID number.

Due to the high volume of requests received each year, the Museum is unable to fulfill every request. If your request is approved, you will receive tickets or a membership in the mail. Please submit your request at least six weeks prior to your event. Priority is given to non-profit organizations with an arts education focus.
