One of the Northwest’s most celebrated painters, Pander’s work reflects personal experience and gives form to events he has witnessed throughout his life. His works are in many collections, including those of the Rijksmuseum, Portland Art Museum, Frye Art Museum, Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, and Hallie Ford Museum of Art, where a 50-year retrospective exhibition of his work was shown in 2011.
