Docent and teacher-led visits are free for college students with the college pass (see below) or $2.50 per student for groups of seven or more. To receive the discounted admission rate, your visit must be reserved in advance online (three weeks for docent-guided tours, two weeks for teacher-led visits).

Credit card payment is required at the time of reservation. We are unable to offer refunds for students who are unable to make it.

One instructor per group is admitted free through the reservation system. Additional chaperones enter at the $2.50 rate. We offer one preview admission per group once your tour has been reserved; please leave a comment in the on the final page of the reservation process requesting a preview ticket.

College Pass

The college pass is a great option for teachers who would like students to regularly utilize the Museum. The pass is valid September 1 through August 31. The cost of the pass will remain at $15 for the 2013-14 academic year. Students may purchase passes with student ID at either entrance. Faculty may purchase passes in bulk by contacting

  • Unlimited general admission to the Museum during regular hours
  • Admission to most public programs
  • Use of the Crumpacker Family Library

Please note: Although the pass includes free admission to the Museum and some public programs, it does not qualify for Member benefits.
