Due to recent weather and power outages, this program is now on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at noon.

We are excited to share that this month’s Art and Conversation is a special lunch hour edition that spotlights the Northwest Film Center’s 44th Portland International Film Festival.  Established in 1977, The Portland International Film Festival is a creative, multi-media feast spotlighting artists both around the corner and across the globe—embracing bold, original, future-forward storytellers making cinema in all its forms.  Join NWFC staff, Amy Dotson and Ben Popp, in conversation with PIFF Guest Curators Shrihari Sathe, Jim Kolmar and Gina Duncan for a fun preview and look into this year’s programming.  In an open conversation around stories that drive us, we will learn more about the work of the curators, as well as the planning, challenges and inspiration behind this year’s PIFF programming.
