Join us the third Thursday of every month for coffee and conversation followed by a lecture or film screening. This month, Marna Stalcup, Director of Arts Education at the Regional Arts and Culture Council and Kristen Braysen, Portland Public Schools Arts Teacher on Special Assignment will discuss arts education in Portland and highlight the Portland Public Schools arts showcase Heart of Portland, on view at the Museum from April 12 through April 22.

Please note: There will be no coffee portion in the Fields Ballroom this month. Instead, we invite you to drop by the Miller Room, Mark Building between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to view the Heart of Portland exhibition.  Lecture will take place in the Whitsell Auditorium at 10:15 a.m. Those attending the lecture are also welcome to explore the galleries after the talk. This series is free for adults 62 and over and is made possible through the Marguerite and Harry Kendall Education Fund. Additional support comes from Rick and Erika Miller.
