Art & Conversation: Though There Be Fury on the Waves
Julia Dolan, Ph.D., The Minor White Curator of Photography, in conversation with Tim Carman
via live Zoom Webinar and Facebook Livestream
August’s talk spotlights Though There Be Fury on the Waves, a collection of Naval photography by Victor Jorgensen. This exhibition commemorates the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II and Jorgensen’s significant contribution to the field of documentary photography. We are joined by Julia Dolan, Ph.D., The Minor White Curator of Photography at the Museum, in conversation with Tim Carman, a relative of Jorgensen, to discuss the impact of his life and work.
