Artist Talk: Rodrigo Valenzuela
Rodrigo Valenzuela uses staged scenes and digital interventions, manipulating codes of representation to affect viewers’ perception of logic and reality. Working primarily in photography, video, and installation, Valenzuela utilizes imagery rooted in the contradictory traditions of documentary and fiction, often involving narratives around immigration and the working class.
