Artist Talks and Happy Hour – Chelsea Heffner
1219 Southwest Park Avenue
Portland, OR 97205
USA

Join artists from a range of disciplines in the galleries on the second Thursday of each month for lively conversations about works of art on view at the Museum and how they relate to their own practices. Each talk is followed by a complimentary social hour in the museum cafe with wine generously provided by Dominio IV Wines.
Chelsea Heffner is a multi-disciplinary artist, designer, and teacher. She is the founder of WildCraft Studio School and Assistant Professor at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. Regardless of the medium or objective, her work reflects a commitment to observation. Nature’s patterns of light and weather, as well as cycles of death and rebirth, share equal inspiration with fundamental questions about female identity, habits of dress,
and objects of personal representation.
Program begins at 6 p.m. $5 members, $15 non-members, $12 seniors. Space is limited. Advance tickets available.
