Bologna Sister City Italian Excellence Opening Reception
Presented in partnership with the Portland-Bologna Sister City Association.
To honor the 15th anniversary of the Portland-Bologna Sister City relationship, Mayor Merola of Bologna is coming to Portland. This visit coincides with the exhibition Italian Excellence: Illustrations for Gianni Rodari, an important exhibition featuring original illustrations for famed author Gianni Rodari’s books, on loan from Bologna.
Join the Portland-Bologna Sister City Association for a reception and visit with Mayor Merola and a tour of the exhibition.
Tickets are $35 per person and are available for advance purchase now. Ticket price includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and entrance to the exhibition There will also be a cash bar.

Curated by Giannino Stoppani Cultural Collective, Accademia Drosselmeier.
