Join us for an in-depth conversation about art collecting and arts patronage. We will focus on the current conditions and aspirations of artists, dealers, galleries, private, public, and institutional collectors that make up the ecology of an arts market, with a focus on Portland and the Northwest. The conversation with be moderated by Meagan Atiyah, Visual Arts Coordinator, Oregon Arts Commission. Engaged lead participants will seed the discussion including Daniel Peabody (Director, Elizabeth Leach Gallery and President, Portland Art Dealers Association), Charles Froelick (Owner, Froelick Gallery and past-President, Portland Art Dealers Association), Jane Beebe (Owner, PDX Contemporary Art). Additional lead participants to be determined.

The Portland Art Museum is pleased to offer accommodations to ensure that our programs are accessible and inclusive. All spaces for this program are accessible by wheelchair.
