Lecture: Zig Jackson: The Journey of Rising Buffalo

Zig Jackson (also known by his Indian name, Rising Buffalo) shares insights into the development of his distinguished photography practice. With both political bite and genuine humor, Jackson’s work aims to de-mythologize and break down prevailing stereotypes, social constructs, paternalistic attitudes, and romanticized images perpetuated by popular media and folklore of Native American life.
