Join us for a range of community programs and activities highlighting themes related to Hank Willis Thomas: All Things Being Equal…. Free admission to the galleries all day. 

Schedule

10 – 11 a.m.: Music and spoken word by LaRhonda Steele and Karen Haberman Trusty (recording)
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.: “Liberated Archives for Black Lives” with the City of Portland Archives
Noon – 4 p.m.: Don’t Shoot PDX Printmaking Workshop
1:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Free Screening of Malcolm X: Make it Plain
2 – 4 p.m.: Listening Party with the Numberz FM
3 – 4 p.m.: Tour with Ella Ray, Portland Art Museum Kress Fellow + Community Partnerships Coordinator

Accessibility

The Portland Art Museum is pleased to offer accommodations to ensure that our programs are accessible and inclusive. All spaces for this program are accessible by wheelchair. Assistive listening devices are also available for lectures. All restrooms have accessible stalls but no power doors. There are single-stall all-gender bathrooms available.
