In celebration of Carl Kahler’s My Wife’s Lovers, the Museum is hosting a series of “Caturday” pop-up events in partnership with local artists and the Oregon Humane Society. From improv to expert discussions to original rap and cat poetry, we’ll explore the curious intersection between cats and art.

Oregon Humane Society Cat Cuddle
The cats in Carl Kahler’s painting lived a life of luxury, but many cats today are not so lucky. The Oregon Humane Society finds homes for hundreds of cats and kittens every year and they’ll be on site with My Wife’s Lovers look-a-likes to promote adoption, and offer a mid-day cuddle break.

Everyone who adopts a cat from the Oregon Humane Society, and other area shelters will receive a voucher good for two free tickets to the Museum.
