Wordstock, Certifiably Yours: New Films from the School of Film, $5 after 5 PM Friday

Start the weekend with $5 admission after 5 p.m. on Friday. Then, on Saturday join us as we host Wordstock: Portland’s Book Festival. The festival spotlights local writers celebrating their new books, leading panel discussions, teaching workshops and more. The event will also feature great food and drink. Take a break from reading, eating and drinking at Wordstock and enjoy a public tour, Words and Art by one of our lovely docents at 12:30 p.m. End the weekend with a screening at the NW Film Center at 7:30 p.m., Certifiably Yours: New Films from the School of Film, which celebrates the work of this year’s School of Film Certificate Program graduates and acknowledge the faculty, visiting artists, staff, family and friends who have supported them.
