Our current Artists in Residence
Princess Kannah
Teaching, directing, acting, and stage managing, you name it, and Princess probably dabbles in it. Princess is a multidisciplinary theatre artist who centers all she does through a framework of radical joy and empathy. A graduate of the University of California Santa Cruz, where she got her Masters in Theatre Arts, she believes in honoring the past as we reimagine the future of theatre. Passionate about exploring new artistic horizons, she is dedicated to creating theatre that challenges perceptions and sparks meaningful conversations. Currently based in the Pacific Northwest, she is excited to continue exploring the intersections of art and activism and using theatre as a tool for social change.
Carl Erez
Carl Erez is an interdisciplinary artist exploring the boundary between theater and games, making works that use the participatory design of games in conjunction with the liveness of the stage to support audiences in exploring the issues core to a work through a range of lenses for a greater understanding.
The Artists in Residency program is supported by a grant from the Creative Opportunity Program and OregonFilm.org.
