Join us for a special First Thursday wine tasting experience celebrating the artistry, sustainability, and innovation of the Willamette Valley.
On June 4, from 4–7 PM, the Portland Art Museum welcomes three pioneering wineries — Brooks Wine, The Eyrie Vineyards, and Illahe Vineyards — for an evening of tasting, conversation, and community inside the museum.
This bespoke experience highlights producers connected through the Deep Roots Coalition, a collective dedicated to dry-farmed vineyards, environmental stewardship, and wines that express place and vintage. Guests will enjoy two featured pours from each winery, including selections presented in Revino refillable bottles, supporting a more sustainable future for wine service through reusable glass and reduced waste.
Featured wineries include:
- The Eyrie Vineyards — pioneers of Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley since 1965, known for elegant, expressive wines and certified organic farming.
- Illahe Vineyards — a LIVE-certified, Salmon Safe estate crafting wines by hand using traditional techniques, draft horses, and minimal intervention.
- Brooks Wine — a leader in biodynamic and regenerative farming, producing vibrant wines rooted in balance, hospitality, and environmental care.
Your ticket includes:
- Two pours from each winery
- Access to a unique museum tasting environment during First Thursday
- An opportunity to meet winemakers and learn about sustainable wine practices
- Art book or publication featuring the work of printmaker Paul Harris
