Join us for an evening exploring the use of psychedelics in multiple contexts and cultures. In this wide ranging conversation, Psychedelic Rock Posters and Fashion of the 1960s curator Mary Weaver Chapin, Ph.D, will interview Amy Koehlinger, Ph.D., Associate Professor in History & Philosophy & Religious Studies at Oregon State University, and Jason Luoma, Ph.D., co-founder of the Portland Psychotherapy Clinic, Research, & Training Center, about the religious and social usage of hallucinogens. We will explore the promising therapeutic applications today, and Professor Koehlinger and Dr. Luoma’s work as licenced guides for psilocybin journeys.
