Hello, art person!
We’re so glad you’re here.
When you think of an art museum, you might picture paintings or sculptures. But art is so much more than the “traditional” forms you’re used to seeing in galleries.
Nobody knows that better than Portland. Our city is bursting with all kinds of art forms–from craft beer and comic books to artisan chocolate and collectible sneakers. There’s no one way to make art, and there’s no one way to be an art person.
That’s why we’re building a bigger, more inclusive museum with space to fit more kinds of art (and art people).
We’re excited to open our new and improved doors in late 2025. We can’t wait for you to be a part of it.
Find out more about our museum transformation, and join us in building a space that celebrates the best thing about the city of Portland: Everybody Is An Art Person.

Landmass Wines
We are Melaney Schmidt and Malia Myers, partners in business and in life, and we make expressive and boutique wines in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, Oregon. With a focus on sparkling wine, our passion is to showcase the varied regions in Oregon that grow sparkling-specific varietals primarily from the Willamette Valley and the Columbia Gorge. Repeatedly breaking convention, our approach to the business completely defies the traditional understanding of what wine business can be and who can be doing it and in doing so we’ve built an inviting and dynamic community for wine-lovers of all kinds here in Oregon and beyond.
Landmass Wines is led by two women with art degrees who merged their creativity, aesthetic and love for wine into products that are both beautiful in taste and style. They are thrilled to be a part of the “Everybody is an Art Person” PAM campaign because they are art people and believe fully that making wine, their life’s work, is an artistic pursuit.

They reimagine the classics with inventive spirit and timeless technique, crafting nuanced flavors that transform what tea can be.
At Smith, we believe craft is a form of art—and tea is our medium. We’re so proud to be part of this campaign that celebrates creativity in all forms and are honored to support the opening of the Portland Art Museum, a place where Portlanders and visitors alike can feel inspired and welcomed.
