Son of the White Mare (1981) x Perfume for the Eyes — Between Worlds: A Multisensory Solstice Experience
Enter the psychedelic, mythic world of Son of the White Mare (1981), Hungarian animator Marcell Jankovics’s extraordinary animated tale of heroic journeys, transformation, and the cyclical dance between light and darkness.
As the winter solstice approaches, join visual perfumer and divinatory artist Danielle Delceppo for an immersive journey into the film’s mythological world through scent, tactile exploration, and a collective tarot reading. This multisensory experience invites audiences to engage with the film’s archetypal imagery and symbolism, finding echoes of their own stories within the myth and carrying its wisdom beyond the screen.
