Our fourth floor terrace is an intimate outdoor space, perched above the Rothko Pavilion’s stunning West Plaza. This terrace looks out through the Portland cityscape towards the tree-lined Southwest hills. Complete with outdoor sculpture, and adjacent to the elegant fourth floor gallery, this space has a premier, modern elegance that is perfect for small gatherings, parties, luncheons, or meetings.
